Account Deletion Rules in QuickLaundry Mobile App
Dear QuickLaundry app user!
To delete your account associated with your phone number, please follow this procedure:
- Send an email to: [email protected]
- In the subject line, specify: "Account Deletion Request"
- In the email body, please include: The phone number associated with your account (required) and reason for deletion (optional)
After receiving your request, our support team will process it within 3 business days.
The support team may contact you at the provided phone number to confirm your request.
A confirmation of account deletion will be sent to your email address.
Please note that after account deletion, all information, including order history and personal data, will be permanently removed from our system in accordance with our privacy policy.
